The Oviedo Citizens in Action humbly accepted this generous donation as one of the not-for-profit organizations selected to honor during the East Coast Believers Church’s "Love Our City" event this week. On behalf of OCIA, we are extending our heartfelt appreciation to Community Outreach Pastor, Jim Lynch and the East Coast Believers Church for selecting OCIA as one of the 2023 recipients and for the friendship and partnership that we have established with the East Coast Believers Church Family, through the efforts of OCIA's Community and Faith-Based Director, Mrs. Ida Boston. Again, we are humbled, and we are excited to walk with East Coast Believers as they are working on expanding the Community Outreach to a one stop initiative called "East Coast Dream Center" one of their goals is to serve the low to moderate income families in the Central Florida Communities, addressing food insecurities, just one of many issues the Center will address.
