Mrs. Ophelia Moore a legend in the community of Oviedo. Born and raised right here in Oviedo, a Mentor, Teacher, and Community Activist. She taught in the Seminole County school system for over 35 years. Today she turned 94 years strong. She is a founding member of Oviedo Citizens In Action Inc., she and other community members saw a need to improve their community and their way of life right here in Oviedo and created OCIA to bridge the gap.
